Upon receiving a compliant notice, Pinlighting will promptly investigate the alleged infringement.

Where appropriate, we will remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content.

Counter-Notification

Where applicable, we will follow the counter-notification procedures set out under Section 512(g) of the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have their access to our platform terminated.
