I haven't received a tracking number — what should I do?
›
For standard shipping, a tracking number is only issued after your package clears US customs in California and is picked up by FedEx or UPS. This happens around week 4–5. If you're within this window, please be patient — your package is likely still in ocean transit or customs clearance.
For expedited shipping, you should receive a tracking number within 2–4 business days of your order. If not, check your spam folder or email us with your order number.
My tracking number says "no information available" — is that normal?
›
Yes, this is normal in the early stages. Carrier systems can take 24–48 hours to update after the tracking number is generated. If your number shows no updates after 3 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
My package is stuck at customs — what happens next?
›
Customs clearance is handled by our US logistics partner and typically takes 2–5 business days. In some cases, customs may request additional documentation — if this happens, we'll contact you directly. If your package appears stuck for more than 10 business days with no update, please contact us immediately.
Can I get a location update while my package is still at sea?
›
Yes. During the ocean transit phase, we track your container using vessel GPS systems. Standard carrier tracking is not available during this phase. Please email us with your order number and we'll provide a vessel location update within 24 business hours.
My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received my package.
›
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, first check around your property, with neighbors, or your building's front desk. Carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered a few hours before actual drop-off. If you still cannot locate it within 24 hours, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date — after this window we cannot file a claim with the carrier.
My order hasn't arrived after 6 weeks — what do I do?
›
If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of purchase (standard shipping), please contact us immediately. If your package cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. We'll do everything we can to locate your shipment first.
