Shipping policy

At Pinlighting, we are committed to providing clear and transparent shipping information before you place your order. Please read the policy below carefully to understand our processing times, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related terms.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after purchase.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Shipping Origin: Our products are manufactured and shipped from our factory in China unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.
  • Multiple Packages: Some orders may arrive in more than one package depending on product size, packaging requirements, or carrier arrangements.

Please note: Some products are made to order. If a product requires additional production time, this will be indicated on the product page where applicable. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


2. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 4–6 weeks
  • Orders are shipped by ocean freight to the United States first, then transferred to a local carrier such as FedEx or UPS for final delivery
  • For standard shipping orders delivered to the United States, customers do not need to pay additional import duties, customs charges, or related fees upon delivery
  • Customers only need to wait for the package to arrive at the delivery address provided at checkout

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 1–3 weeks
  • Orders are shipped by air freight
  • Final delivery is completed by the assigned carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, or another available logistics provider
  • Expedited shipping is a paid service, and the exact cost is shown at checkout or confirmed before payment where applicable

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Free or charged as displayed at checkout, depending on the destination and order conditions.

Expedited Shipping: Additional charges apply. The exact expedited shipping fee is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team before payment, depending on destination, package size, and order value.

If your order qualifies for standard shipping to the United States, the shipping process includes transportation to the U.S., customs clearance, and final local delivery.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For orders shipped to the United States via Standard Shipping, customers do not need to pay additional import duties, customs charges, or related import fees at delivery.

For these standard shipping orders, we will cover the applicable import duties and related charges as part of our shipping arrangement, so the customer only needs to wait at home for the package to arrive.

For other countries or shipping methods, customs treatment may vary depending on local regulations, carrier practices, and the selected shipping option. If additional customs information is required for a specific destination, customers may contact us before placing an order.


5. Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other logistics factors beyond our direct control.
  • If tracking does not update immediately after shipment, this may be because the package is still in transit before final carrier handover.
  • Large or fragile lighting products may require additional transit handling time.

6. Order Cancellation

Within 48 hours: Orders may usually be cancelled free of charge for a full refund.

After 48 hours or once shipped: Cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is still approved after processing has begun, related handling, production, or shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

Please note: If an order has already shipped, any refund can only be processed according to our return policy after the item is successfully returned.


7. Shipping Address Policy

  • Within 48 hours of order placement: Address changes can usually be made before shipment at no charge.
  • After 48 hours: We will try to coordinate the change, but cannot guarantee it will be possible.
  • After carrier pickup: Address changes may result in rerouting fees charged by the carrier, and these fees must be paid before rerouting can be arranged.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.


8. Order Tracking

All eligible orders include tracking information. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@pinlighting.com.


9. Delivery Issues

Package marked “Delivered” but not received

Please first check around your property and with household members or neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist further.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide support.

Lost in transit

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the logistics provider and assist with an appropriate resolution based on the case.

Delayed delivery

If there is a significant shipping delay, our team will assist in checking the shipment status and provide updates whenever available.
