Ordering
Below are some of are common questions about orders
First select the product you like and add it to the shopping cart or buy it directly to enter the checkout page, and fill in the necessary personal information as required so that we can deliver the item. If you have any questions about "personal information", please check our privacy policy.
In-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Please refer to the tracking number on your invoice for up-to-date delivery information.
The estimated lead time for backordered items will be noted on your order confirmation. We recommend checking stock online or with a customer service representative prior to placing your order.
Customization options are available for a selection of our products. Our customer service representatives are at your service to discuss custom capabilities, provide quotes and estimate lead times. Please note: A typical customization lead time is 3-4 weeks from the product’s in-stock status. All custom orders are final sale and ineligible for return.
If you need to cancel all or part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it may not be cancelled. If the order cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. Once an item from your order has shipped, you will receive a paid receipt along with tracking information.

Once you place an order, we usually send a payment request to your bank or credit card company immediately. But the actual debit may take some time. Banks generally process payment requests within 24 hours, but it may take longer during busy holiday periods.
If you choose express shipping, you may need to cooperate with customs clearance and pay customs duties. If you choose express shipping, we will not bear any additional costs.
If you choose standard shipping, you don't need to pay any extra fees, we will pay for any costs in transit including customs duties for you.

Standard shipping, we use ocean shipping + local UPS shipping. Orders using standard shipping typically arrive within 4-6 weeks.
Fast Shipping Usually we use China Post Airline, EMS, UPS, FedEx or DHL to ship items, the express usually arrives within 2-4 weeks, and the fastest you can receive your items within 7-10 working days.
Please note that you pay the express fee without customs duties. Payment of duties and customs charges is your responsibility and we are not responsible for these charges.

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country's customs authorities and is based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by each country. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You can contact your country’s local customs department to estimate these fees.
