We work closely with our manufacturing partners in China, where our products are made and quality-inspected before shipment. By working directly with production, we maintain consistency in design, materials, and order handling while offering a more direct purchasing experience.
Our business is registered and operated in the United States, with our office located in New York, NY. Our customer support team is based there and handles all inquiries, order management, and post-sale assistance.
Pinlighting products are manufactured at our partner factory and shipped according to the delivery method selected by the customer at checkout. We are transparent about our supply chain and fulfilment process.
For customers who choose Standard Shipping (Free), packages are transported by ocean freight, cleared through US customs, then transferred to FedEx or UPS for final delivery. Estimated transit time is 4–6 weeks from the order date.
For customers who choose Expedited Shipping, orders are dispatched by international air freight via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or EMS. Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks, with fastest orders arriving in approximately 7–10 business days.
Our US business address in New York serves as our registered office for customer communication, support correspondence, and business operations. Orders are fulfilled directly from our production facility.
