Made at our factory · shipped to U.S. addresses · support from New York
4–6 weeks from order. Import duties and customs charges are covered — nothing to pay at delivery. A carrier tracking number is emailed once the package clears customs (around week 4–5); before that, email us and we look up the vessel position.
1–3 weeks from order, fastest arrivals in about 7–10 business days. Tracking number within 2–4 business days of ordering. The expedited fee is a shipping-upgrade service and is non-refundable once dispatched; expedited orders enter fulfilment immediately, so the 48-hour free cancellation may not apply.
