Soft as a paper lantern but built to last, this pendant has a globe of taut, fabric stretched over fine ribs. The ribs give the shade gentle vertical lines that glow when the light is on. A slim gold-tone rod runs through the center and ends in two solid wood beads, one above the globe and one below. A thin wood trim finishes the open top. The light comes through warm and diffused, with no glare, so it suits a living room corner, a bedroom, or a reading nook.
